Return/Refund Policy

If a session, product purchase, or custom product is cancelled within 72 hours (or before being shipped) 90% of the cost of the session or product will be refunded.

Once shipped, or a session held, the product or session/service is non-refundable.  Please see the session cancellation policy for more information on sessions.

Digital purchases and classes are non-refundable.

Session Cancellations and No-Show Policy

Situations may arise in which you must cancel your appointment.

If you must cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Consultation sessions which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification will subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be considered as No-Show.

No-Show clients will be subject to a $75 fee.

Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the client’s next appointment can be booked.

Quaternity Holistics LLC understands that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
Fees in this instance may be waived depending on the situation.

If you wish to cancel your appointment altogether, and have pre-paid for your appointment, a 10% service fee will be deducted from your payment refund.

Our practice firmly believes that good herbalist/client relationship is based upon understanding and good communication.

Shipping Policy

Items are typically shipped within 5 business days, if you need your item by a particular date please make a notation in the order notes section during checkout so it can be moved up the list.

Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, unless otherwise requested by you and take anywhere from 1-12 days to arrive at your door.

If an item arrives damaged, Quaternity Holistics LLC will exchange the item at no cost to you.

All of the products produced by Quaternity Holistics LLC are handcrafted with care, using wild-crafted or cultivated organic herbs whenever possible.

About Quaternity Holistics tinctures

Individual herbs are macerated in a specific alcohol percentage (ABV) that extracts the desired herbal properties, then the resulting tinctures are blended together with molasses.  I prefer using molasses as the taste is less cloying than glycerine (often used in tinctures to make a better tasting blend.)

I wild-craft as many herbs as possible, and macerate them fresh. Dried herbs are macerated for at least two months before straining and blending with the other tinctures.

Tinctures can be diluted in water or juice for easier ingestion.

About Quaternity Holistics salves

Salve blends have different combinations of oils, vitamin E and beeswax to protect, soothe and nourish skin.  The herbs in the salves are infused fresh or dried, or heat-infused using an Ayurvedic method which employs the use of water, herb and oil. The methods are unique to each herb; this ensures that the desired herbal properties are most effectively extracted.  Herbs with volatile oils (such as clove or thyme) are infused dried and not heated to preserve the volatile oils, whereas roots (such as coptis or burdock) are extracted with the Ayurvedic method.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can ask to be notified when it is back in stock.  If I do not plan on having that particular item back in stock in a reasonable period of time (+/- 4 weeks), I will let you know.  This is because certain herbs are not available year-round, and it may take time to source the herb needed, if it is available out-of-season.  An item may also be out of stock because it is in production.  I will do my best to keep the products pages updated with this sort of information.
