My Philosophy and Working Style:

The body wants to be in balance, that the body has an innate ability to bring balance to itself, to heal, to be healthy and thriving.  When the body is in a state of imbalance, it needs a little nudging and help to push it in the right direction.

If you need nudging, support and encouragement to get in (and stay on) the right track and direction with your health and well-being, look no further.  Maybe you’ve been to a lot of practitioners, and feel like there is something missing, that you are ready to make a change but are not sure how to proceed or where to turn.

When working with the whole person, true bodily healing and growth can occur by addressing the whole picture that is you and your health.  This method of working means that the root/cause of the problem is addressed, not just the branch/symptom – it allows you to go deeper.

If you are looking for a holistic coach and herbalist with a no-nonsense approach, a person that gets to the heart of the problem, to help you get to that next step and beyond, look no further. I view my role as that of a coach and guide: to empower you through the process of bringing the body back into optimal health, well-being and balance. I provide you with the tools, support, encouragement, and sometimes tough-love, that you can use in your life and on your path to wellness – the rest is up to you.

I believe that you can feel better, and that you don’t have to go overboard in the process of feeling better and create more stress. You can feel better by incorporating manageable steps into your daily life.  Who has the time to do 12 different things every day when we have all of the day-to-day business of living to take care of and participate in? I certainly don’t have that time, I don’t expect you to either.  I am the kind of coach and herbalist who will guide you back onto your path, I won’t let you walk blindly into the night and keep saying that you are doing great.  Lasting changes come slowly, and the clients that I have seen succeed the most and greatest have made changes over time.  I don’t expect you to change your life overnight.  In the end, all that matters is that you feel better, that you know you can turn to me with questions and when you need support.

Get in touch with me to schedule a complimentary chat to determine if working together is appropriate for both of us, which package may be right for you, and address any other questions you may have.  If I don’t think we’re a good fit, or that I cannot help you, we won’t work together.

If we are a good fit for each other, you will purchase the package that is right for you, then an intake form will be sent to your email address. We’ll schedule your initial consultation (60-90 mins) via email at this time as well – I offer skype, phone, and in-person consultations.
