When you work with me, you have someone who is your coach and cheerleader. The most important part of working with people is being open, listening and having empathy. Your story is important. I am honored to be one of those whom you have chosen to share your story with, to help you write your next chapter, to take that next step, to move forward on your path.
Depending on how we are working together (program or session-by-session) this is what you can look forward to:
- Initial Consultation Intake session
- Follow-up sessions
- Suggestions for diet, lifestyle and herbs at the end of the initial consultation session
- Complete written suggestions emailed within 3-5 business days of the initial consultation session
- Sessions via Skype, phone or in-person
- Documentation and written suggestions, as appropriate
- Email support and check-ins, replies from me within 48 hours (sometimes sooner!)
- Forwarding, and discussion, of articles and books (or synopses) related to your target areas, as appropriate
Your information and privacy are important to me. I will never share your private information (such as name, address, phone, email, etc) without your permission first.
Email support is available for all clients between sessions. I, Pamela, will get back to you within 48 hours.
If there is an emergency, please let me know and contact your doctor or go to the ER.
What To Do If You and Your Herbs Are Not Agreeing With You
If you are experiencing an adverse reaction (ie allergic reaction, sudden cold, stomach upset, headaches) to herbs, stop the use of all herbs immediately and contact me. Do not continue taking the herbs. I have seen very few adverse reactions to herbs, but it does happen and I feel it is better to provide this information to you right away. This way, if you notice anything is unusual in an unpleasant way, you know what may be going on. Typically within 24 hours of ceasing the herbs, your body will return to normal.
If you are allergic to certain plants, pollens, alcohol, gluten, etc please let me know so I can plan your herb selection accordingly.
Consultation and program fees are to be paid in full, prior to the initial consultation. If your are unable to pay in full, for example: a deposit of $150.00 is to be paid prior to the initial consultation, and three additional payments are to be paid by the third session. Additional fees of $5/payment may apply with payment plans.
Herbs may be included as part of your program or session package, at your request, for an additional fee which covers the cost of herbs and shipping.
I know that not everyone has a pile of money sitting around, waiting to be used on herbs, and organic foods and fancy gyms (I certainly don’t!) Please tell me any of your budgetary concerns or restrictions, and I will do my absolute best to provide you with the most comprehensive suggestions that also fit within your budget. It is possible to work with an herbalist and not spend a ton of money every month on supplements, herbs, food and lifestyle changes.
I offer sliding-scale sessions to those who have financial burdens. Proof of such burdens must be presented before the sliding scale option is offered.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a full session is deducted from the remaining sessions/time. If a session is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no deduction of the remaining sessions/time.
If the working relationship is terminated, in writing by either party, before all sessions are completed, a refund of the remaining sessions/time will be processed to the original form of payment less the non-refundable deposit amount. If the working relationship is terminated, in writing, 24 hours prior to the initial consultation, a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Processing fees may apply.
Failure to notify Pamela/Quaternity Holistics of prescription and OTC medications that you are taking, that have changed from one session to the next, or otherwise, will result in the termination of the working relationship. The reason for this is that there are documented contraindications between certain prescription (and OTC) medications and herbs and the last thing that I’d want to have happen is for you to experience this!
