Holistic Programs

If this sounds like something you want…  Remember, you get the best results if you are are motivated and want to do this work.

Even when kicking and screaming, with pitfalls, detours and dead ends… what is important is that YOU show up and take the steps necessary to reclaim your health!

In my 10 years of clinical work, I’ve observed that it’s best to do the full Holistic Program.
You have not only herbs that you work with, but you work with food and lifestyle as well. It’s what brings results/change more quickly.
If you aren’t up for the food/lifestyle portion, we can do “just herbs” which can bring you some change.
However, the changes will eventually plateau – even if you do take your herbs with diligence.
I offer a food-only program to help you get started with changes you may need to make.
This is a wonderful option if you are on a few medications and have concerns with herb-drug interactions OR if you want to focus on the food-as-medicine journey.  You’ll get lists of “foods to eat”, “foods to avoid”, and sample menu plans tailored to your needs.  All recommendations are based on your intake session – not some pre-written “diet” out of a book.

I look forward to walking with you on your journey!

Money

Consultation fees are to be paid in full, prior to your booked consultation/session.

I offer split payments, and sliding-scale sessions to those who have financial burdens.

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW POLICY

Situations may arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide more than 24 hours notice. Consultation sessions which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification will subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee (subject to change). Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be considered as No-Show. No-Show clients will be charged a $75 fee (subject to change).

The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the client’s next appointment.

Tug Hill Holistics and Quaternity Holistics LLC understands that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval.  Our practice firmly believes that good herbalist/client relationship is based upon understanding and good communication.   Questions about cancellation and no show fees should be directed to Pamela at (347) 687-7541.

I want you to have the best possible experience, and will go above and beyond to give you the tools you need to succeed with your health goals.  If you have questions,  contact me.

Confidentiality

Your information and privacy are important.  I will never share your personal information (such as name, address, phone, email, etc) without your permission first.

I will never share your personal health information without your express written permission.

What To Do If You and Your Herbs Are Not Agreeing With You

If you are experiencing an adverse reaction (i.e. allergic reaction, sudden cold, stomach upset, headaches, dry mouth, etc.) to herbs, stop the use of all herbs immediately and contact me.  Do not continue taking the herbs.  I have seen very few adverse reactions to herbs, but it does happen and I feel it is better to provide this information to you from the outset.  This way, if you notice anything is unusual in an unpleasant way, you know what may be going on.  Typically within 24 hours of ceasing the herbs, your body will return to normal.  Obviously, if your reaction is severe, please see a doctor immediately.

If you are allergic to certain plants, pollens, alcohol, seeds, gluten, etc. please let me know so I can plan your herb and diet recommendations accordingly.
