Progress or Stagnation
Your Diet is the Determining Factor
What you eat is vitally important when you have a a complex chronic condition or have an autoimmune condition.
For the past couple of years, most clients I’ve worked with have had to make radical changes to their diets in order to have any chance of optimizing how they feel.
Every single one of my clients who is a success story has committed to shifting their diets.
Every single one of my clients who has not made progress working with me, did not change their food intake.
Period.
Full stop.
No exceptions.
That’s the way the apple falls and the cookie crumbles…
And it’s no accident: we are what we eat!
Hey, I get it!
I’ve been there. I’ve done it.
I’ve had clients who have been there, who’ve done it. And clients who haven’t done it.
Changing your diet is not easy, but it can be easier if you know WHY you need to make the changes.
If you keep holding that WHY in your mind and heart whenever you are tempted to stray back to the old ways.
If you, as a client, or a DIYer, make intelligent changes to the foods you eat, you can go from making no progress with how you feel despite taking all the herbs and doing all the things – to making great strides all with some simple food changes.
Strides like improved energy levels, better sleep quality, memory and focus; and also improved digestion, to name but four qualities of life.
Getting your family on board with the changes may be challenging at first. You may have to deal with not only your own temper-tantrum-like responses, but your family’s as well.
Keep going. Straight ahead.
YOU CAN DO THIS.
Stick to your truth.
Stick to what you need to do to take care of yourself.
When you have a chronic, complex, and/or autoimmune health condition, prioritizing your health is the key to making the most out of your life.
That’s if, of course, you want to make the most of this one precious life we have.
The choice is up to you: will you do what’s necessary to progress and grow forward, or will you allow yourself to remain stagnated, stuck, and spinning your wheels?
